LITTLE RESCUE HONEY

This is honey! She had a rough start in life. Abandon and according to her wounds, locked up left to die.

Our wonderful AWL volunteer Nicky Mormino was out walking when she saw this poor little thing. Nicky didn't hesitate to take her and rich her to our veterinarian Dr.Damiani. In this Campania area they estimate that the number of strays are over 75.000. And all animal lovers homes are filled with rescue animals.
Honey is around 6-7 months old and is now resting out and getting treated and a lot of love and food, everything she need in an American family home.
We will keep you updates.

A wonderful volunteer took her in as her foster dog and AWL want to have a second veterinarian/heart specialist diagnosing her. We also want to help donate medicine and special food for Luna. The first veterinarian said she probably only have 6 months left.
We want to give Luna a wonderful life--whatever time she has left. She now plays with other dogs, sleeping inside the house, free in the big garden. Let us help LUNA

OUR LOVES SECOND CHANCE

Let me tell you humans something.

I am LOVE, and I am a Senior dog at the Hospice Casa dell"Amore. I was someones pet for 10 years. For 10 long years did I love them unconditional, I followed and was loyal. Then one day, my family drove me to a horrible place, with a lot of strangers, diseases and noise from hundreds of other dogs. They left without saying anything, the last thing I saw were their backs.
Some would say that it would have been best for me to be put down to sleep. At that time I got depressed and sick. Then, one day some Angels came and drove me to this house without cages, without a lot of noise and full of love. Slowly I came out of my depression and started to trust you humans again, thanks to all the volunteers.

If I can do it, you can do it. Never lose faith in love.

I want to thank you ALL people that help keep the Hospice going. You are making a huge difference, You are giving life back, and gives inspiration to many other people.

Thank you for giving me a second chance, I love you

Yours
LOVE

OUR HOSPICE CASA DELL'AMORE ITALY

We have a wonderful loving warm and happy Hospice for Senior dogs. They come very sick and with a sad background. Our goal is to help them get better in a quiet, green and healthy environment.

No cages or crates. We don't believe in that!
They got their bedrooms, their beds or couches. LOVE our lovely German Shepard was dumped in a shelter after beings someones pet for 10 years. It was a horrible shelter. Depressed and sick we saw her picture and picked her up. Now, she is our Sunshine!

Sunny Boy is over 13 years old, the same years as his age he sat in a shelter, never seen grass or other smells than 400 dogs in cages. Can you believe that he is the sweetest happiest Senior dog, taking in every day as his name....Sunny
Darling Franka Senior Girl left in another shelter 300 dogs since 2003. Sick, skin and bones and depressed she was seen by one of our volunteers.
Nonna Maria, what a lady...what a Queen! Left on a field to die down in Southern Italy. Seen on pictures by us when the rescue lady asked after help. We adopted her.
Minnie darling, former Puppy Mill breeding dog is now beautiful and healthy. After 10 years of horrible breeding was she left in a garden with a big puppy that wanted to play all the time. Minnie was very sick and depressed. She came to our Hospice and now after surgery and health treatments, she looks like a Star! In a couple of days is she going to her forever family up North. It will be with Happy Tears we say good bye.

OUR LOVE AT THE HOSPICE

This Senior Girl is a wonderful lady. SHe was abandon by her owners when she became "old" and left in  a shelter. On concrete she sat, day in and day out waiting for them to come back. But they never did. Love became sick and depressed. AWL saw the picture and "cry for help"
We asked the shelter to adopt her to our Casa dell Amore.
This is what it's all about. Our Hospice is not a shelter with cages. It is a recovery home were all the clients have their own room, bed and menu. We got many loving volunteers and thanks to your donations we can continue helping those who are left behind.
Right now we are nearly out of medicines. These are the ones we need the most.

On our blog you can make a donation on PAYPAL.

That's Amore!

MEET OUR SWEET HOSPICE CLIENT LOVE!

She is safe now, our LOVE. I saw her picture on FB (see below) her sitting in a horrible shelter, sick and with a broken heart. I could just feel the pain right through the Internet. Martina--volunteer- made the phone call for me, and yes we could adopt her to our hospice. I was over thrilled.

LOVE is so loved at the hospice by all our volunteers. Slowly, she is opening her heart trying to trust the humans again.

Yesterday we had Dr Vittorio visiting our Hospice for a big health check. We have to do that once in a while where all the clients are being checked very well, blood test and poop tests are being made. Its also easier for all our clients to not have to go through the stress to travel, wait in waiting room, meet strangers since they have gone through so much lately.

Love and found that she has food allergy so she has to eat just anallergic food. A skin test, poop test, lehismania, erlichia, emocromo and biochimico blood test have been made and re-checking her ears (she is a ear problem girl). WE are also changing her shampoo to an antibiotic kind.

LOVE is probably between 13-14 years old. She was a pet till she was 10 years old, then the family left her in a shelter (picture above) From then she started to be sick and tired. She's having problems with her back legs since she's very old, and a bad dermatitis. The stress didn't help her to become very ill.

She will need antibiotic and a lot of healty bath.

Please help us with our medical bill for LOVE so we can continue making her healthy and content.
She also needs special food now.

Donation can be made on this page, up in the right corner is PAYPAL or www.animalswithoutlimits.se (sponsors)
